Recombinant Human Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 3 (MCP-3), also called CCL7, is produced by macrophages and some tumor cell lines.

CCL7 chemoattracts monocytes and can regulate macrophage function. Recombinant human MCP-3 expressed in E. coli is a non-glycosylated protein, containing 76 amino acids and having a molecular weight of 9 kDa. |
