Interleukin-17E (IL-17E), also commonly called IL-25, is a pro-inflammatory cytokine member of a six-species family of proteins (IL-17A-17F).

Recombinant Human Interleukin 17-E (rHu IL-17-E) produced in E. coli is a disulfide-linked homodimer comprised of two single, non-glycosylated polypeptide amino acid chains that are made up of 145 amino acids each. It has a total molecular mass of 35.5 kDa. There are six known members of this family, IL-17A through IL-17F. |
